I'm a commerce graduate who transitioned from classroom case studies to real client data at Axis Bank. Every day I dig into thousands of rows from CRM and Excel, tidy them with SQL, and shape them into Power BI dashboards that reveal which products win, where customers pause, and how teams can grow.

I’m excited to share my latest project: a comprehensive Sales & Operations Dashboard analyzing over 5 years of e-commerce data. My goal was to build a multi-view report that stakeholders could use to track KPIs across Customers, Orders, and Products.
Dashboard Features: Executive Overview: High-level metrics on Revenue (21.40T) and Profit trends. Customer Segmentation: Breakdowns by Zone, Location, and Demographics. Time-Series Analysis: Tracking the explosive growth curve observed in 2020. Target vs. Actuals: clear visualizations of performance against financial goals.
This project sharpened my skills in data modeling, interactive dashboard design, and identifying outliers in large datasets.
